Can anyone from @O2 help me. I’m missing calls & text on my mobile coz I’m working in a poor signal area Sutton on Sea. I’ve been a loyal cust even paying £39 for over 6 mths for a dongle that never worked. I need switch to a signal but your company wants £452 on my sim only. TIA

Not at all happy with O2 paid 6 months for a dongle £39 a month & still can’t speak to anyone about it. Can’t leave even though no signal coz I have to pay £452 totally not on O2 you can’t use my phone it’s your lack of coverage

Morning folks, can anyone from O2 help me. I’m recently changed area geographically I’m working in & have no signal. I’ve asked for a PAC code because I need to switch to a company where I won’t lose business calls. And lovely O2 have told me I have to pay £452. I’m disappointed

Can anybody that works for O2 help me. I’ve cancelled the dongle thing but still getting charged for it. If I don’t hear anything I’m going to cancel your ac it’s never worked the last 3 months. Seems a bit silly pay for a service that’s not fit for purpose I have no wi fi home
