Day 4: Building Mandate In public:
How do you give an AI agent the ability to spend money without giving it unrestricted control over your funds?
That’s what we’re building with Mandate.
The financial control plane for AI agents. It gives users a way to assign spending authority to their agents, define exactly what they’re allowed to do, and enforce those rules before money moves.
The problem with simply connecting an agent to a wallet is that access and authority become too closely tied together.
An agent might need funds to complete a task, but that doesn’t mean it should have unlimited permission to spend them, choose any recipient or operate outside the user’s intended budget.
Mandate introduces a policy layer between an agent’s decisions and financial execution.
Here’s how it works:
You create an agent and give it a dedicated wallet. You then create a mandate that defines its financial authority.
That includes:
Total spending budget.
Maximum amount per transaction.
Approved recipients and categories.
Approval thresholds for transactions that require human authorization.
Mandate expiry and other spending conditions.
When an agent needs to make a payment, Mandate evaluates the request against the rules the user has defined.
It checks whether the transaction is permitted, whether sufficient budget is available, and whether additional approval is required.
Approved spending goes through a controlled execution process, with budget reservations and safeguards designed to prevent duplicate or unauthorized execution.
OutLayer handles the protected execution, while NEAR Testnet provides the transaction network where activity can be confirmed and verified.
Users can also follow their agents’ financial activity, including transaction history and execution status.
We’re not building another AI wallet or simply giving agents access to blockchain transactions.
We’re separating the ability to propose a financial action from the authority to approve and execute it.
An agent can decide that a payment is needed. But it doesn’t get to decide whether that payment is within the authority granted to it.
That authority belongs to the user.
The distinction matters because autonomous agents need more than wallets. They need enforceable boundaries, spending accountability and a clear relationship between what they are allowed to do and what they actually execute.
That’s the principle behind Mandate:
AI proposes. Mandate enforces. The user controls. OutLayer executes.
We’ve deployed the Mandate Private Beta on NEAR Testnet for testing.
Giving it access to limited number of users to start exploring the platform, connect your wallet, create agents, configure spending mandates and experience the controlled execution workflow.
We’re starting with the financial control layer that autonomous agents need today. As Mandate evolves, we’ll expand its capabilities and integrations, but the foundation remains the same:
Give agents the freedom to work, without giving up control of your money.
Mandate is live on Testnet.
A little video of what mandate does… More soon….👇

Still on @IPXExchange
I’ve been looking at how intellectual property works in the entertainment industry, and one thing is clear, there’s still a lot of room for improvement.
Creators produce music, films, podcasts and other forms of content, but getting access to funding, distribution and the right audience isn’t always straightforward.
This is one of the problems @IPXExchange is looking to address.
IPX is building an operating system for intellectual property, bringing tokenization, advertising, monetization and distribution together in one ecosystem.
What makes this interesting is that it isn’t just about creating another marketplace. It’s about changing how creators manage their IP, connect with fans and build communities around their work.
I think this is an interesting direction for the creator economy.

Most crypto wallets show you what happened. Mind helps you understand what it means.
Introducing Mind.
Your financial life, remembered.
One of the biggest limitations of onchain financial tools is that they understand transactions, but very little about the person making them.
Your wallet accumulates years of activity: assets you hold, protocols you interact with, patterns in your behaviour and the financial decisions you make over time.
But most tools treat every interaction as a fresh start.
They show balances, transaction histories, charts and analytics. Ask a question today, and you might get an answer based on your current wallet data. Come back tomorrow, and much of the context behind your previous conversations is gone.
There is no continuity. No lasting understanding of your financial behaviour. No real sense of how your activity has evolved.
That’s the problem we’re solving with Mind.
Mind is a Sui-native financial intelligence companion designed to understand your onchain activity, remember meaningful financial context and make its analysis more personal over time.
Here’s how it works:
→ Tatum provides the onchain data. Mind uses Tatum’s Sui RPC infrastructure to access real blockchain activity and understand what’s happening across your wallet.
→ Walrus Memory provides persistence. Instead of treating every session independently, Mind preserves meaningful insights and context so they can be retrieved and used in future interactions.
→ Mind AI brings everything together. It reasons over current wallet activity and relevant historical memories to deliver financial analysis that takes your behaviour and history into account.
But what makes Mind different isn’t simply that it uses AI or stores memories.
It’s the combination of onchain intelligence and persistent personal context.
Mind is designed to understand more than what you hold. It aims to recognise how you use your assets, which protocols you interact with, the patterns in your activity and how your financial behaviour changes over time.
That context matters.
For example, two people can have similar wallet balances and completely different financial behaviours. A generic wallet analyzer might give them similar observations. Mind aims to provide analysis that reflects their individual history.
And there’s another important part: Memory Replay.
We wanted to demonstrate the actual value of persistent memory, not simply claim that Mind remembers.
Memory Replay compares the analysis generated from the same wallet snapshot with and without retrieved user memories. It makes the difference between generic analysis and context-aware analysis visible.
The goal is simple:
A financial intelligence system that doesn’t forget everything it has learned about you every time you close the app.
Tatum helps Mind understand what’s happening onchain.
Walrus helps Mind remember what matters.
Mind uses both to understand your financial journey with greater context.
We’re building beyond transaction dashboards and one-off AI answers.
We’re building financial intelligence that gets more meaningful as it remembers more of your journey.
This is Mind.
Your financial life, remembered.

An update on the Fungo Genesis auction:
We are issuing a total of $84,150 in refunds.
Today, we did not reach the level of participation we were aiming for, and rather than reduce the supply, we have decided not to complete the auction.
This is not an easy message to write. For months, we have put everything into building the infrastructure needed to make encrypted NFTs possible on Ethereum. But the level of participation we saw today was not enough for us to move forward with the sale as planned.
Throughout development, the Zama team provided technical support and helped us build the best system we could deliver today. This does not mean Zama stands behind or endorses our project. FungoLabs is an independent project building in the Zama ecosystem, and all decisions are our own.
The numbers we shared throughout this journey were real. More than 3,000 projects applied to our launchpad, over 12,000 people joined our X campaign, and we received more than 30,000 whitelist applications. We will share a separate breakdown of these numbers soon.
We also want to be transparent about one thing: projects like this cannot run on excitement alone. Infrastructure, servers, onchain activity, and the work of the team all come with real costs. Without enough support, carrying that load is simply not sustainable.
Any payments made by whitelist minters, along with the full amount of every bid, will be refunded. Refunds will be sent directly from the project treasury to your wallets. You do not need to take any action.
Thank you to everyone who gave us their time, believed in what we were building, and supported us throughout this journey. We are sorry we could not meet your expectations.
This is not the end.
We will keep building on Zama.

have you ever needed to prove something about yourself online but didn’t want to share all your personal information?
maybe you want to prove your bank balance without revealing your entire transaction history.
that’s one of the problems @primus_labs is working to solve.
let’s break it down. 🧵
one thing i appreciate about the @FungoLabs team is how simple they made the creators campaign.
just 5 days, it's straightforward and short.
the campaign wraps up with the Genesis Auction on November 6, 2026, at 15:30 UTC
after the deadline, the leaderboard will be published and rewards will be distributed at TGE

Reason to keep an eye on @rarelistio.
They’ve just distributed rewards to Fomopoly participants, which is great to see because it shows that creators are getting rewarded for the work they put in.
I love seeing platforms that actually value their community and give people a reason to keep contributing.
With more campaigns, improved scoring and new earning opportunities ahead, there's still plenty to look forward to.
Staying locked in with Rarelist, earning RARS and climbing the ranks.
Another campaign has come to an end! This one was for @fomopoly_rh!

Have you ever thought about What does QuickSilver actually do?
It’s One technical detail worth looking at in @primus_labs.
It’s an interactive zero-knowledge proof system used in Primus’s zkTLS implementation.
But why does this matter?
Generating cryptographic proofs can involve significant computation and communication between participants.
QuickSilver is designed to make that process more efficient.
In Primus’s MPC approach, the client and attestor use secure computation to establish the TLS session materials. QuickSilver helps prove the integrity of the process.
This is important because privacy technology isn’t useful just because it sounds secure.
It also needs to work efficiently enough for real applications.
The cryptography behind the user experience matters just as much as the final result.

What if your NFT had hidden powers that nobody else could see, but you could actually use them?
That is one thing that got me thinking differently about NFTs and what they could become.
I used to think NFTs were mostly about collecting, trading and showing off digital assets.
But the more I learn about Fungo Labs, the more I realize there is another side to what NFTs can become.
@FungoLabs is exploring how privacy can work on Ethereum NFTs using Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE).
And here is where things get more amazing.
Imagine playing a game where your NFT has hidden abilities, stats and special traits, but other players can’t see them.
You can compete, use those attributes and let smart contracts calculate outcomes without exposing your private information.
That is one possibility FHE brings to the table.
With its Genesis NFTs and plans for a dedicated game, Fungo Labs is exploring a future where NFTs are not just collectibles but assets with actual utility.
That is an interesting direction for NFTs.

two things are happening with @FungoLabs right now and both are worth paying attention to
the Genesis NFT auction is live, with 2,500 NFTs available through a sealed-bid auction powered by zama FHE
to participate, get ZAMA, shield it into cZAMA through the Funds page, then choose your bid price and NFT quantity on the auction page
your bid stays encrypted throughout the auction. once it closes, successful bidders pay the same final clearing price
also, the $FUNGO X campaign has 300M tokens allocated to creators, with up to 5 posts allowed per participant
both the auction and campaign close today, november 6, at 15:30 UTC
goodluck to everyone

Privacy could actually be the missing piece in Web3.
We've literally had almost everything, but onchain privacy is still something the space needs more of.
@FungoLabs gave us a glimpse of what it looks like by introducing encrypted NFTs on Ethereum, giving holders the option to either publicly reveal their NFTs or keep them private.
Beyond that, $FUNGO has a total supply of 10B tokens, with 43% allocated to Genesis NFT holders and Zama OG NFT holders combined.
Showing how they prioritize NFT community.
Here's a quick breakdown of the tokenomics:
→ Genesis NFT holders: 36%
→ Liquidity pool: 34%
→ Community: 10%
→ Team: 10%
→ Zama OG NFT holders: 7%
→ X Campaign: 3%
Btw, bidding closes today at 15:30 UTC. Try and be there
The @FungoLabs Genesis whitelist mint has already ended.
But the sealed-bid auction for the 2,500 NFTs went live immediately after that.
Congrats to those who were able to get in. Finally, we got to witness NFT encryption in action.
Unlike the usual public NFT model, where anyone can view the details, outsiders see nothing by default. Access is only granted with consent.
As expected, the execution was top-notch. Shout-out to the team, btw.
Onchain privacy actually looks cool with @zama FHE.
Looking forward to what's coming next.
