Fulfilled a childhood dream & finally saw @newsies_uk 🥰 I watched our recording of the original tv movie so much I destroyed the VHS. 31 years later I was bursting with excitement & was absolutely BLOWN AWAY! 8 year old me is still so giddy, thanks to the entire #newsiesuk team!

Good thing Cameron called that referendum to settle the internal rifts in the Conservative Party or things would have gotten ugly

As the devastating report into child sexual abuse doubtless gets drowned out by the politics, a message from a victim’s father:
“I’m sure a few more prime ministers will come and go before child protection practitioners ever truly understand what accountability looks like”
This is so utterly shameful. I can’t imagine raising my baby in a country that so overtly & overwhelmingly values guns & voters over the actual lives of literal children.
The state of Texas is sending public school students home with DNA kits designed to help their parents identify their children “in case of an emergency.” nbcnews.to/3eMF28o
Thank goodness for @JManrara who seems to be the only person in the UK who can pronounce Carlos’ name correctly 🙏🏼 #ItTakesTwo #Strictly #StrictlyComeDancing

We begin previewing a new musical tonight that has been rehearsed under 3 different chancellors. The arts are a viable career.
So pleased that @SuffolkArchives was able to host the @Suffolk_Museums’ Museum of the Year Awards ceremony at The Hold. It’s so inspiring to be in presence of so many museums who make such a positive impact in communities and to celebrate all of their hard work! #Suffolkmuseums
Literally cannot believe that I am agreeing with & cheering on Piers Morgan on #bbcqt but good lord it’s good to hear someone hold the Tories accountable.
Representation has always mattered to me on a personal level but it especially hits home now that I’m a mom. I was genuinely choked watching the fabulous cast of @bbcstrictly 2022 as I thought about how my baby can grow up with diversity naturally integrated in everyday life ♥️
I’m also obviously looking up local dance schools and classes for my 14 month old so she can join the professional cast of @bbcstrictly 2042 🪩💃🏻🪩 #StrictlyComeDancing #BBCStrictly

Theatres dimming lights but continuing performances is the right call. It doesn't feel right to cancel cultural happenings which bring people together in thought, reflection, and celebration.
God bless @BBCRadio2 for giving @michellevisage a radio show 🙏🏼 This is the content we need 🙏🏼

Center stage in “Little Shop of Horrors,” Conrad Ricamora is displaying comic muscle and tapping into the character’s painful loneliness. The actor recalls his range of emotional roles and overcoming Asian American stereotypes. nyti.ms/3nN2O5l
