I think we have to start asking ourselves if Spencer Lee should just tear an ACL before every wrestling event

Tiebreakers has gone absolutely insane. There was a major RT dispute on when Dee got away. It settled at 13 after going a few ticks too many. The side ref corrected it to 5 seconds, which was quite wrong. They reviewed and setlled on 11. Then Casey goes down, is kicking away like crazy, a kick hits Dee, he takes injury time. Both wrestlers are visibly unnerved.

Spencer Lee says he tore his ACL for a fourth time. Lee won a Senior World gold medal on a torn ACL and hasn’t wrestled in almost four months 🤯

Spencer Lee on his semfinals match: "I knew he was going exactly for that move because he did it to me the year before. And he got it, man. He had me dead to the rights. You know, and I just said to myself, like, you know, you can turn me once, but I guess that was only the second time I've ever been turned. But you can ask my teammates. If you turn me one time and you get greedy, I'll pin you."

Y : Which loss left a bigger mark on you, your match against Ramos in 2023 or the one against Higuchi in Paris ? SL : Absolutely the Olympics, I'd trade every title I've ever won to reverse that match in the Olympic finals

Spencer went up 6-0 in the first minute against RBY at Zagreb before Roman broke his foot. Need more of that!

The emotions from Lee there man… you can tell how much that meant to him. What a moment. The Hawkeye went 5-0 in Kazakhstan and outscored opponents 49-12 this weekend. Four wins by technical fall and another by pin.

Spencer Lee wastes absolutely no time in his World final. Lee came out firing, took RBY down and leg laced him for a 10-0 in under 30 seconds. World Champion 🏆
