I'm launching "Factory to Flock".
It's a source-linked record of AST BlueBirds from Midland through shipment, launch, and deployment.
It's built to support my fellow $ASTS retail investors. We need a calm, clear, organized way to follow the company execution as they scale-up.
Many thanks to the early testers who provided feedback. Every bit helped.
I hope you find this useful!

After 40+ years of programming, I didn't expect to feel like a beginner again. And I totally love it!
Working with Generative AI, LLMs, and now building agentic applications has been one of the most intellectually challenging and creatively rewarding chapters of my career.
Many thanks to all the hard-working peeps at OpenAI who have allowed access to the inventive tools that are a growing part of my daily coding toolbox.
Encouraging progress on the technology and network readiness. Important groundwork for what comes next.
Keep building, $ASTS !

The ChatGPT app "Recents" is becoming my new "Inbox Zero".
I want that area to be empty and everything tucked away into a "Project" sub-folder for organized safe keeping, something I'm spending a few days iterating on, or to choose to delete it.
I suppose "Recents" is a useful view to remind me what's a WIP.
Ultimately, I want to know what I've completed thinking through, and either keep it in a folder for long-term referral, or I choose to delete it because it was a transient artifact.
What do you think about that @jxnlco and @thsottiaux ?
This is my $ASTS crash out song
Please enjoy at maximum volume
P.S. Thank God for no margin 🙏

I’ve collected my entire “Rethink the Work” series from the past couple of weeks.
The goal is answering a question, “What can the rest of the business learn from AI agents that are already doing useful work?”
That became a three-part exploration:
1. Study What’s Working
2. Understand the System
3. Apply the Pattern
I’ve assembled all three videos together on my Code & Chats blog, along with the written explainers, practical takeaways, and a PDF of my presentation.
You’re wondering seriously about where AI agents might be really helpful in your organization. Check out my series on AI agents. I hope you find takeaways that help you think more clearly about the opportunity.
Many thanks to everyone who has watched, shared, and given some of their time and attention. Let’s build something awesome!

Another convoy is on the move.
BlueBirds 14, 15, and 16 have left our Texas facility and are on the road to Cape Canaveral.
Next stop: orbit. 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀
The largest commercial communications arrays ever deployed in low Earth orbit. A scalable platform to deliver space-based cellular broadband connectivity directly to standard phones, support secure government applications, and deliver a new third layer of connectivity.
In Midland, Texas, production continues to advance through BlueBird 50, with more than 20 spacecraft structures now being integrated as part of our assembly process.
One constellation. Connectivity. Resilience. Security. Built in Texas. 🇺🇸🌎📶📱

Being a member of SpaceMob for 5 years is like competing in the most insane MrBeast challenge ever pitched. (even he would have said "no, we can't do that, it's inhumane.")
"And the last SpaceMob to paper hand $ASTS wins an actual Bluebird satellite!!!"
$ASTS Somebody is trying to get Abel to sell. Why else would anyone come out selling this stock today?
This is high stakes poker and our spectrum and IP is worth a ton in the future.
The market will figure it out soon.

Hurricane Polo is once again a Cat 5 storm packing 180mph winds! The latest track has it slowly weakening over the next few days as it turns North and then northeast making landfall over Baja California then heading toward El Paso by next Wednesday.
$ASTS - Dean, now at OpenAI, noted new AI models growing in capability will move anything that's moveable that's also Internet-connected.
We can guess AST's promise is the missing half of that future forecast.
They'll provide coverage where there's no towers, cheap unmodified cellphone "modems" strapped to machines, and they'll never need a fibre backhaul.
Seems we're seeing the plan coming into form.
I need a handful of fun hobbies.
Glad I have a child (and the hope for grand children)
Keeping connected with my buddies.
Practicing yoga is better than I figured.
Attending church again.
The $JOBY machine is looking amazing! Glad to have it circling my own backyard.
Keep pushing team!

Thank you @txdot for inviting us to show what quiet, vertical takeoff makes possible...this is just the beginning.
Fascinating progress on robots! Especially in re-targeting human capture training in novel homes.
Their point that there isn't Internet-scale data set (like that LLM training benefits from) is super interesting too.
