This weekend I was inducted into @IslipHS Hall of Fame. Since graduating in 2005, I've spent the past 21 years working in patient experience (first as a pharmacy tech at age 15, then in young adult cancer advocacy in my early 20s).
I keep wondering what 15-year-old me would think about this.

I returned home to Long Island, and more specifically, @farmingdalesc.
I’ve been given the Rambition award as part of the 2026 cohort along with some amazing individuals.
My time at Farmingdale shaped my life in more ways than I could have imagined, and I can draw a clear line between life before and life after it. I feel lucky to have received my BS in Professional Communications from FDale and this is really an unexpected way to reconnect with that period of my life 16 years later.
I want to thank the Farmingdale Alumni Association board members Chris Croken, Jenna Natale, Danielle Escalante, and most certainly Michelle (Mimi) Johnson.
I’d also like to thank FSC President Dr. Robert Prezant for a warm welcome back to campus.

The Testicular Cancer Foundation is the leading non-profit for testicular cancer, which is the most common cancer in young men. They run education, awareness, and survivor support programs that reach guys at every stage of the journey. For thousands of men, TCF is the first place they turn after a diagnosis.
To scale with their growing volume of constituent conversations, they built the TC Navigator on Chatbase. It's trained on TCF's clinical content and walks people through self-exams, treatment options, recovery, survivorship, and how to get involved with TCF programs.
