Flagbearer Sonia Atieno leads the Kenyan team at the opening ceremony of the inaugural African School Games at the 19 May 1956 Stadium, Annaba. Sonia Atieno and 13-year-old Lukeman Shaffi will be representing Kenya in the sport of boxing, which is among 25 sports at the event.
