A clean, handwritten reference guide of core programming symbols and operators—from standard arithmetic and logical chains to bitwise shifting and delimiters. While modern IDEs and AI assistants auto-complete most of these symbols for you, understanding the exact syntax boundaries across different paradigms remains a foundational skill. Pay close attention to the Bitwise Operators block (and, or, xor, not, shifts): while rarely used in everyday web APIs, they remain mandatory when optimizing low-level network protocols, video decoding, or high-performance binary data packing in Python. For developers working across multiple languages: which specific symbol or operator syntax difference still trips you up the most when switching contexts? Drop your experience below!

🚨 The public should know why countries are suddenly reinforcing the need to stockpile food for 3 days: AI cyberattacks. But the real reason is this: AI labs cannot guarantee the safety of the products they offer. Instead of pressuring them to improve safety, governments are asking people to stockpile. It's like asking people to board planes with lifejackets on and no luggage because there is no effective safety system and, therefore, a meaningful chance the plane will fall. That's what's happening in AI, and people should know.

After a breast cancer diagnosis, one of the hardest questions is whether it will come back. @SimBioSys is helping doctors and patients better understand that risk. Powered by NVIDIA technology, its FDA-cleared TumorSight Risk analyzes an existing breast MRI alongside pathology and clinical information to estimate the risk of cancer returning at five and ten years. For women with HR-positive, HER2-negative early-stage breast cancer, those insights can be available before surgery, giving them and their doctors more information as they talk through treatment options. AI can help give patients and their doctors more information when the decisions ahead feel most difficult.

GPT-6.1 Terra from OpenAI is now generally available in Visual Studio Copilot. In GitHub's early testing, GPT-6.1 Terra solved noticeably more terminal and C# coding tasks than GPT-5.6 Terra. It works in focused, consolidated steps on well-scoped tasks. Try it out for everyday agentic coding at a lower cost than GPT-6.1 Sol. Learn more: msft.it/6019aLEEh #VisualStudio #GitHubCopilot #AI
