In Poland, it has been discovered that the Krakรณw attacker, Michaล‚ Oksiล„ski, was a radical left-wing, antifascist and anarcho-communist activist who mocked Christianity. Tuskโ€™s government and the left wing media tried to link him to right-wing groups, but it is now known that this is not the case.

okay grab the popcorn so cobie said already in 2024 that there was a cabal (sahil, ansem, etc. + celeb) that pumps and dumps coins? @bubblemaps bring it on ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ
Cobie stepped in. This is actually simple to understand and connect dots tbh โ€” very obvious. Ansem was the thunder Sahil shows up steals the thunder Ansem feels left out Ansem fuds Sahil launches Then starts dickriding every launch I did cause everything was sending 100M+ Gets paid 3 times to hard shill Iggy, Jenner and Derulo on his Twitter (will post txns) Turns positive and starts amplifying 10x more on every Sahil launch Later starts thinking even he could do this without me, joins hands with 6ix9ine to launch his coin = tops at 5M mc. Just read his tweets between May to Jul 2024 โ€” youโ€™ll see 100+ mentions. So much more, hang on.

It's counterintuitive to Robinhood, because they're a serious business, so they want to highlight their serious products. But silly business gets people through the door. On-chain volume and adoption follows memes. If @vladtenev wants RWAs to succeed, support $CASHCAT. Put easter eggs in your announcements. Adopt it as your mascot.
Just a gentle reminder @vladtenev that your chain's daily dex volume is 100% correlated to the price of $CASHCAT

Replying to @nickducoff
We looked long and hard at all the other ecosystems out there and found that nothing quite met our specific needs of building the #1 chain for real world assets (and memes too).

Can somebody please explain why I'm paying income tax, National Insurance, council tax, fuel duty, VAT, sugar tax, capital gains tax, stamp duty, inheritance tax, dividend tax and road tax, all with money I've already paid tax on? You earn it, they tax it. You spend it, they tax it. You save it, they tax it. You invest it, they tax it. You die, and they even tax what's left. At what point does the government just admit they want a subscription to your entire existence?

Slavery was an evil in which people from every continent and region participated. We should be honest about the whole history, not select the parts that are politically convenient today, especially given Britain's leading role in ending the transatlantic slave trade. If Caribbean countries are asking Britain for a formal apology for Britainโ€™s role in the transatlantic slave trade, will they also be asking the same of the descendants of African kingdoms, rulers and merchants who captured, sold and profited from the trade? On demands for reparations, whether through cash or debt relief, we have been down this track before. Twenty-five years ago, Jubilee 2000, Drop the Debt and Make Poverty History argued that cancelling the debts of poorer countries would give them a fresh start. More than $100 billion of debt was eventually written off, but many of those countries have since built up even bigger debts. Labour are already spending too much on Britain's welfare state, now is not the time for Andy Burnham to be providing global welfare. There is no reason British taxpayers today should be held financially responsible for things that happened generations before any of us were born. And I have even less patience for political elites in commonwealth countries who donโ€™t know how to make their own citizens prosperous now looking for another opportunity to blame Britain. As Prime Minister, Andy Burnham should be Britainโ€™s greatest defender. Instead, he is writing articles saying we need to confront our history (as if we haven't done enough of that) and considering another formal historical apology. Tony Blair already expressed Britainโ€™s deep sorrow and regret for our role in the slave trade nearly twenty years ago. There is no need to do so again. This is all another navel-gazing distraction. The Commonwealth should be looking forward, not endlessly backwards. That means economic partnerships to make us all richer and deeper military and security cooperation against common threats. If every Commonwealth summit becomes an exercise in presenting Britain with demands for cash then we need to start asking if it is worth the effort.

Someone is putting the law of every country into one git history. Git for Global Law turns each country's laws into a repository where every commit is a real law taking effect. So you can see exactly what the law said on any date, and which law changed every word. It started with the US Code, which hit #1 on Hacker News. The global version is growing country by country: Germany's constitution since 1949, Estonia and more so far. Free to use for anything, and perfect for feeding to an AI. github.com/lexifina/global-lโ€ฆ

So, basically, 500 million Europeans ๏ฟผexpect 300 million Americans to protect them from 120 million Russians who canโ€™t even defeat 40 million Ukrainians while those 500 million Europeans donโ€™t even realize they are being conquered by 2 billion Muslims who claim they are being persecuted by 8 million Israelis. Is that about right? 1

the silver lining to all of this is that Binance will be fine i do not believe there is a systemic risk here Binance reportedly makes $16-$17 billion in annual revenue almost half of the total amount involved in the incident has already been frozen or is potentially recoverable total amount that may ultimately be unrecoverable = ~$3.2 billion so about 2 - 2.5 months of revenue based on those estimates? very manageable for a company of Binance's scale, especially considering its strong history of prioritizing users during periods of stress like this @cz_binance and @heyibinance have also publicly stated that all user funds are safe and will be fully covered in my opinion: - odds of systemic risk? incredibly low! - odds of a bank run? incredibly low! - odds of panic selling and overblown media headlines? yes this is simply THE event that puts in the final local lows before things get really exciting again Binance and the industry will be fine don't make any trading decisions out of panic chill, touch some grass, make sure your opsec is good in the meantime โ€” crypto is not going away!
Binance reportedly hacked for $5.6 billion potentially by far the biggest hack in crypto history please stay safe everyone! ๐Ÿ™ also not sure what the deal is with October: last year we had 10/10 & this year we're potentially looking at the largest hack in crypto history just days before October ends! ๐Ÿฅฒ

Minimum wage: ยฃ27,456. Median full time wage: ยฃ40,911. Higher rate tax threshold: ยฃ50,270. The gap is shrinking. Weโ€™re being squeezed towards earning the same. Would you be happy owning nothing and being told to be happy, as the establishment continues to expand the power of the state, leaving us with less freedom to choose our own path and making us increasingly dependent on government? Shouldnโ€™t hard work, ambition and individual freedom still mean something?

The Cost of Britain ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง Here is the single MADDEST number in todayโ€™s Budget - and the Chancellor didnโ€™t mention it once in his speech ๐Ÿ‘€ From April, the National Living Wage rises to ยฃ13.21 an hour. For a full-time 40-hour week, that is ยฃ27,477 a year. Thatโ€™s GREAT right?? ๐Ÿค” At the same time, todayโ€™s Budget leaves the 40% Higher Rate tax threshold FROZEN at ยฃ50,270 right through until April 2031. Do the maths on that: In Britain today, earning just 1.8x the minimum wage now classes you as a Higher Rate taxpayer. When the 40% tax band was created, it was meant for the top 3.5% of earners - bank directors and senior executives. Today, a skilled tradesperson, experienced nurse, police sergeant or salaried worker earning 1.8x the legal minimum wage hands over: โŒ 42p of every extra pound to HMRC (40% Income Tax + 2% NI) โŒ 51p of every extra pound if they have a student loan That single threshold freeze is quietly pulling an extra ยฃ34 billion a year out of working peopleโ€™s pay packets - without the government ever having to announce a headline tax rise. Pushing minimum wage up from the bottom Whilst freezing the 40% tax trap at the top How can earning 1.8x minimum wage possibly be classed as a โ€œhigher earnerโ€ in 2026?

Heartbreaking on two levels: 1. Small business owners dejected and may give up 2. Entrepreneurs won't bother starting So many chains weighing down those who actually want to take risk and try and build something. Success and ambition is being destroyed.
Maybe its just me, but running a small business has never - certainly not in my lifetime - been as difficult as it is right now and I'm struggling to find reasons to carry it on. Its certainly not for the work life balance, or for the money. Its not for an easy life, or to relieve avoid stress. So what is it for? To keep other people employed? To keep paying ever more tax? Its been 25 years, and I think I'm done.

Hidden away on page 111 of the Budget - 'The government is providing ยฃ150 million capital investment in 2027-28 to fund additional large sites to accommodate asylum seekers' A treasonous decision. Every penny of that should be directed towards a programme of mass deportations.
