And a final one:
Nine years ago, Nestor Corredor was managing the Helena Brewers, who that year were the worst team in the Pioneer League. (He took BP with the players on this particular day late in the year).
Now he’s on the #Brewers staff that’s heading to the World Series.
Very grateful to play a small part in this unbelievable milestone!
For me, it started with a cup of coffee at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Burnsville and from Cages ➡️ Eagan it has been a true joy to work for such an incredible organization in Northstar!
Cheers to the next 🔟!
10 YEARS…
2016–2026. A decade of hard work, unforgettable memories, lifelong relationships, and a whole lot of baseball.
To every coach who has poured their time, energy, and passion into developing our players.
To every player who has worn the Northstar uniform, trusted the process, and represented the name on the front.
To every family who believed in us, supported our vision, and trusted us to be part of their athlete’s journey.
THANK YOU!!
You are the reason Northstar Baseball is what it is today. The championships, the memories, the friendships, and the culture we’ve built belong to all of you.
10 years down, and we are just getting started!

CPP sneak peak…
Early in the program, throwing is light but the work still gets done! Incorporating mound work with water bags, is a great way our athletes can find a different level without throwing.
This is a simple progression our kids will be educated on during phase 1 of CPP.

Throws and swings get violent from this work.
Save the list.
Most athletes press.
Almost none train upper-body power.
Save this.
7 drills that make throws, swings, and blocks violent.
👇
1. Step-in med ball snap down
2. Feed to med ball chest pass
3. Dynamic barbell pendlay row
4. Partner pass to overhead med ball slam
5. Partner drop to med ball chest pass
6. Plyometric push-up
7. Push-up drop catches
