Excited to see a fun kitchen renovation coming together at an old farmhouse in New Athens, Illinois. These are repeat clients who always tell us, “We trust you. Get creative! What does the space want to be?” Check out the last image for a look at the "before."
We're excited to see some progress being made on these 4 new single family homes near the SLU campus! Siding is going up on 2 homes on Vista Ave. and another 2 on Park Ave. have moved on to interior finishes.

Today we visited this newly completed single-family residence in historic Soulard. KSA collab'd w/ Randy Middeke of City Lights Design+Build to create this design to fit within the historic context of the neighborhood. The home is a 2 bed 2.5 bath with an open first floor layout.
Another exciting collab w/ the Harrick Group & Lodging Hospitality Management wrapped up earlier this year! We always enjoy working w/ this team to refresh & modernize existing hotels in St. Louis. If you need to book a hotel near the airport, put the Crowne Plaza on your list!

More exciting projects are underway in the Gate West District! We designed three 4-unit apartment buildings for a client and took an inside look at the progress so far. And just down the road, these empty lots will soon be filled with four single-family homes.
We loved having the opportunity to design this home in Compton Heights from the ground up. Mike was in the neighborhood yesterday and just had to get another look at its completed exterior.
Framing is almost complete on this 2-story alley building! The garage on the ground level will offer power for 2 electric vehicles and a 480 SF apartment above will be for out-of-town family and friends. We can’t wait to see! #cityliving #historicneighborhoods #lafayettesquare
