The @HighMeadowsGA library is celebrating #schoollibrarymonth with a Used Book Swap. Started this week with our 4th & 5th grade students. They all found books that they were excited about taking home. Everyone else comes next week. Wish me luck!

We were about $6,999,999 short on funding for a Super Bowl ad with this same message, but maybe if everyone shares it, we will reach the same number of people?

so my grandmother just REPACKAGED childhood items from my room as my presents this year.
Hey @HighMeadowsGA families! November is here and that means it is time to play games in the library. Sign up your students and join us in the library for card and table top games on Nov. 30th. Email Ms. Platnick for sign-up info. Will be awesome🎲
Appreciate the presenters sharing slides and handouts on the #AASL23 app!
1 - I never remember all the cool stuff I think I will
2 - I can't attend 4 amazing sessions happening at the same time.
Before leaving town for #AASL23 I put up displays of all the spooky, creepy, and scary books @HighMeadowsGA . Hope they are all checked out before I get back. I am a delicate scaredy cat.
Checked in & last-minute prepping for #AASL23. Important question tho...how do I choose between 4 concurrent sessions that are literally concurrent? The struggle is real. But the view is amazing.
Can’t wait to add her new book, Treasure Island, to the @HighMeadowsGA library
What a wonderful way to start Saturday- listening to Jewel Parker Rhodes (@jewell_p_rhodes) reading from Ninth Ward. Her historical fiction is a gift . Thank you Page Turners @PTMGL and @fulcolibrary

Shout out to former @HighMeadowsGA student Lily for this great article in the @ajc about restricting access to literature and the profound effects on our students & schools ajc.com/education/get-school…
Finished up the year at @HighMeadowsGA library with this year's junior librarian. This first grader was busy all day and she did a great job!
You should stop by @HighMeadowsGA school. We have very well-read animals that visit our library.

Library energy is the best energy. Like here is all of the knowledge we could find, it’s been meticulously organized and vetted and it will cost you nothing, welcome to the absolute pinnacle of human civic evolution, and also here’s a beanbag chair for some reason.
Tomorrow is Penguin Awareness Day. Visit the @HighMeadowsGA library for quality penguin content tomorrow or any day of the year.
