Logged in to absolutely devastating news. I honestly don't know how to recover from this. Received an email saying my Twitch payout was processed. My community and I worked SO HARD during Subtember to fund a special goal and make sure I had enough money to pay medical bills this month. I checked my bank. No money. I even confirmed with my bank that the payment isn't processing - it doesn't exist. Twitch gives me a cookie-cutter response even while talking to a live agent - they're talking about PayPal despite confirming it was a bank deposit. They say they can't help despite the issue being on their end with THEIR bank. MY bank even tells me it has to be an issue resolved with them, especially because TWITCH GAVE ME A RECEIPT I GOT PAID WHEN I DIDN'T. The only thing I can think of is the suspension from last month somehow breaking my payment. I genuinely don't know where to go from here. I set up a Ko-fi but don't even want to ask for donations because my community ALREADY WORKED SO HARD IN SEPTEMBER JUST FOR THEIR MONEY TO DISAPPEAR. I can't pay my bills due this week now...it's so much money. I don't know how to fix this or how to pay. @Twitch and @TwitchSupport, please help because communicating via your help portal was a dead end. I don't know how much longer I can keep getting hit with bad news like this. I objectively cannot weather this.
