That’s what most of us say when we let our emotions get the better of us.
What I have learnt over the years is, if and when this happens (which it will), is to approach the situation with kindness to yourself and the other… and apologise for being human.

A little reminder:
Exercise doesn't just mean burpees, press-ups or running 🙌
All movement is good.
Go for a bike ride or walk around the park, walk with your dog, do some yoga at home, go for a light jog or play a sport you love.
Find something you enjoy 😀
