Kingsmen Resources CEO Scott Emerson highlights the company’s strong cash position and tight share structure, with approximately 34 million shares outstanding and 44 million fully diluted. He also anticipates roughly US$1.8 million in additional treasury proceeds from warrants.
In a recent interview with Andy Millette of Natural Resource Stocks, we discuss the discovery of the new #8 structure and the significance of encountering shallow mineralization approximately 150 metres west of previously drilled hole LC-25-010.
Multiple Exploration Targets Across Las Coloradas
Exploration continues across the approximately 3-by-3-mile Las Coloradas project, with drilling targeting mineralized structures identified through surface sampling, mapping, and geophysical surveys.
The newly identified #8 structure at Las Coloradas returned a high-grade intercept over 6.45 metres, suggesting potential for a larger mineralized system at depth.
With drilling underway and 50-metre step-outs planned, Kingsmen continues to follow the mineralization.

📋 Key discussion points:
• Consolidation of a historic, past-producing silver district;
• Drilling testing mineralization across multiple structures;
• The Saddle target and potential for further discoveries;
• Additional gold-silver exploration potential at Almoloya.
Kingsmen remains an exploration-stage company without a defined mineral resource at this time. Gerardo Del Real, and Nick Hodge disclose investments or financial interests in the companies discussed. Do your own due diligence; this is not investment advice.

Kingsmen Resources CEO Scott Emerson joins Shad Marquitz of the KE Report to discuss the newly identified #8 structure at Las Coloradas.
Hole LC-26-020 returned 218 g/t AgEq over 6.45m, highlighting the potential of a third mineralized structure.
Financial highlights:
• Approximately $13.4 million in treasury
• No debt
• An additional $1.8 million anticipated from warrant exercises
• Treasury expected to return to approximately $15 million by mid-November
• Funding available to support continued exploration
Kingsmen Resources continues drilling at Las Coloradas:
• Results pending from 14 holes
• 50m step-outs east & west of the #8 structure
• Drilling planned through Dec. 10
• Las Coloradas remains the current exploration focus
Key exploration highlights:
• 50m step-outs and deeper drilling at the #8 structure.
• Located 150m from Soledad, potentially sharing a mineralizing source.
• Saddle target, 1.5km away, may represent a separate mineralized system.
Kingsmen Resources was recently featured on Allan Laboucan’s The Lab Report following new results from Las Coloradas:
• 218 g/t AgEq over 6.5m
• New structure 150m west of previous high-grade mineralization
