When Elon Musk said, I believe this universe came from something, it got me thinking.
Look at the universe. The stars, the galaxies, the planets, the human body, the intelligence behind life, and the countless things science is still trying to understand.
Do we honestly believe all of this is without a Creator?
As far as I'm concerned, the Almighty God is the Creator of this universe. The more we understand the world around us, the more reason we have to reflect on His greatness.
Science can help us understand how things work, but for me, it doesn't erase the existence of God.
The universe is too extraordinary for us to live as though its Creator doesn't exist.

EPISODE 5:
A NEW BEGINNING
The first few weeks away from Daniel were difficult.
Chinasa missed the familiar sound of her family moving around their home. She missed the dreams they had once shared and the man Daniel used to be.
Some nights, she questioned her decision.
Was she giving up too soon? Could things have changed if she had been more patient?
Whenever those thoughts came, she reminded herself why she had left.
She needed peace. Her daughter needed a healthy environment. And a marriage could not survive on one person's sacrifices alone.
Chinasa returned to work with renewed determination. She began saving money, spent more time with Amara, and reconnected with friends she had neglected during the difficult years.
Slowly, her confidence returned.
Meanwhile, Daniel remained in their old home. At first, he believed Chinasa would come back within days. He assumed that, as she had done before, she would eventually forgive him and return.
But the weeks passed, and she did not come back.
For the first time, Daniel had to live with the consequences of his choices.
He began reflecting on the times Chinasa had cried while he dismissed her feelings. He remembered every promise he had broken and every opportunity he had been given to change.
One afternoon, he contacted her and asked to meet.
When they sat together, he did not bring flowers or make dramatic promises. Instead, he admitted that he had taken her love for granted.
“I thought you would always forgive me,” he confessed. “I never considered that one day you might finally become tired.”
Chinasa listened without interrupting.
“I loved you, Daniel. A part of me may always care about you. But caring about someone does not mean accepting the same pain forever.”
He asked whether they could rebuild their marriage.
Chinasa told him she was not ready to make that decision. If reconciliation ever became possible, it would require genuine change, honesty, counselling, and time.
She would not return simply because she felt lonely or because other people expected her to.
Daniel nodded, finally understanding that he could not demand forgiveness.
Months later, Chinasa and Amara were sitting outside their new home, watching the evening sunlight spread across the sky. Her daughter laughed as she told a funny story from school.
Chinasa smiled.
Her life was not perfect, and the future remained uncertain. But she was learning to live without fear.
She had discovered that a woman's strength was not measured by how much pain she could endure, but by her courage to choose what was healthy for herself and her child.
She looked at Amara and whispered, “We are going to be all right.”
And for the first time in a long while, she truly believed it.
Chinasa's story was a reminder that marriage requires honesty, commitment, respect, and effort from both partners. Forgiveness can open the door to healing, but lasting change must be demonstrated through actions.
Sometimes, two people can rebuild what they have broken. At other times, choosing separate paths is the beginning of a healthier life.
Either way, no one should have to disappear inside a marriage just to keep it alive.

EPISODE 4:
The argument started over a simple question.
Chinasa wanted to know why Daniel had disappeared for an entire evening without answering her calls.
But instead of explaining himself, Daniel became angry.
Daniel: Must I report every movement to you? Am I no longer allowed to have my own life?
Chinasa: I'm not asking you to report every movement. I'm asking you to respect me enough to tell me the truth.
Daniel: Here you go again! Everything I do becomes a problem for you.
Chinasa: And everything you do becomes a secret!
Daniel stood up angrily.
Daniel: If you are no longer happy in this marriage, perhaps you should leave!
For a moment, Chinasa said nothing.
Those words were not new to her, but something about the way he said them that evening made her realise how deeply unhappy she had become.
She looked at the man she once believed would protect her heart.
Chinasa: Daniel, do you remember the promises we made on our wedding day?
Daniel: Please, Chinasa. I'm tired of this conversation.
Chinasa: That's the problem. You're tired of listening to me, but I'm tired of living with the pain you keep causing me.
Daniel picked up his phone and walked away.
For years, Chinasa had endured broken promises, sleepless nights and countless disappointments because she wanted to protect her family.
But that evening, she made a decision.
She walked into their bedroom, opened the wardrobe and brought out her wedding dress.
She sat beside it, staring at the beautiful gown.
She remembered how Daniel had smiled when he first saw her walking down the aisle.
She remembered the happiness, the excitement and the promises.
Then she began to cry.
Daniel entered the room and found her holding the dress.
Daniel: What are you doing?
Chinasa: I'm trying to remember when we became strangers.
Daniel: What exactly do you want from me?
Chinasa: I wanted a husband who would choose his family without being forced. Someone who would understand my pain instead of making me feel guilty for expressing it.
Daniel looked away.
For the first time, Chinasa stopped begging him to understand.
She contacted her family and arranged a safe place where she and little Amara could stay.
The following morning, she gently explained to her daughter that they would be spending some time away from home.
Amara: Mummy, are Daddy and I going to stop living together?
Chinasa hugged her tightly.
Chinasa: No matter what happens between your father and me, sweetheart, we both love you. None of this is your fault.
A few hours later, Chinasa packed their belongings.
When Daniel saw her carrying the bags, he suddenly became nervous.
Daniel: Chinasa, where are you going?
Chinasa: I need some time away. I need to think about myself and our daughter.
Daniel: So you're really leaving me?
Chinasa looked at him with tears in her eyes.
Chinasa: I never wanted to leave you, Daniel. I only wanted you to give me a reason to stay.
She picked up Amara's hand and walked towards the door.
Daniel stood there, watching them leave.
But just as Chinasa reached the gate, her phone began ringing.
It was an unknown number.
She answered.
A woman's voice came through.
Woman: Hello, Chinasa. Please, don't leave that house yet. There is something about your husband you still don't know.
Chinasa stopped walking.
Chinasa: Who is this?
The woman took a deep breath.
Woman: My name is Rebecca. I've been trying to reach you for weeks. Daniel doesn't know I'm calling you.
Chinasa's heart began racing.
Chinasa: What exactly do you want to tell me?
The woman replied:
"Before you make any final decision about your marriage, you need to know why Daniel has been disappearing every evening."
Chinasa slowly turned towards the house.
And for the first time, she wondered whether the problems in her marriage were far worse than she had imagined.

I retired at 68 after 42 years working in a steel mill.
My body had earned the rest. My hearing wasn’t what it used to be, my knees hurt in cold weather, and I was tired of waking up before sunrise because a shift was waiting.
I bought a modest three-bedroom log cabin on a lake.
Nothing fancy. Just a small porch, an old dock, trees around the property, and water I could hear from my bedroom window.
I bought it for one reason: peace.
Two days after I moved in, my daughter-in-law called.
“Hi! So, my parents are going to stay at your cabin for the summer.”
I thought I had misunderstood.
“Sorry, what?”
“They need somewhere to stay. The cabin has three bedrooms, so it works perfectly.”
I said, “Did you ask me?”
She laughed a little.
“Oh, come on. It’s just for the summer.”
I explained that I had only just moved in and hadn’t even finished unpacking.
She replied, “Well, if it’s going to be a problem, you can always sell it. I know you don’t need such a big place.”
Then she ended the call.
I sat there holding my phone.
For 39 years, I had worked around hot steel, heavy machinery, and people who understood that respect wasn’t something you demanded. It was something you showed.
I wasn’t going to argue with my own family over the phone.
But I wasn’t going to surrender my cabin either.
