Tough one today guys. 6 years ago on this day my best friend died suddenly and unexpectedly. That phone call was the worst moment of my life. I just remember screaming and crying and I never stopped crying for a very long time. It turns out that I was the last person to have
spoken to her before she died - our nonsensical conversation the night before. That haunted me for ages. I wish I had told her I loved her and how special she was. So today, if someone means something to you, tell them. If you have something to say to someone, don't bottle it up
