🚨GM. Regarding my October 6 post: I have decided not to pursue any legal initiative mentioned in that post, for reasons I keep for myself. I will not be making further allegations against any individual or company. I am not a lawyer in the United States, and I was not acting as counsel for anyone, just trying to help ABS users as I do for my Clients in my Country, totally for free. That s my present to our Community. That post should not be read as a legal opinion or as notice of a filing. I was passing on community sentiment. I do not assert that anyone committed a crime or a civil wrong, because that s the Justice role, not mine. My concern came from expectations around a possible airdrop and TGE, and from the shutdown without a token launch. Those circumstances, on their own, do not establish fraud or criminal wrongdoing, as far as I knew. What I can say as a layperson is that the migration clauses are tightly drafted and make suing uncomfortable. I wish Abstract had received the same care and work that ABS legal team did. If crypto is going to be taken seriously, it needs some regulation. Right now that regulation is mostly missing, and until it exists, episodes like this will keep happening. Thank you to everyone who reached out. I hope the team and the community can close this chapter the best way. I consider the matter closed. I am deeply saddened by how this chapter ends for the community but happy because a saw a strong community united and trying to defend themselves. Opinion. Today we announced that we’re winding down Blast. I’m disappointed that we weren’t able to make the chain sustainable over the long term, but I’m grateful to the users, developers, and teams who helped give Blast its moment, even if its run was shorter than we had hoped. We have some difficult news to share. Unfortunately, one of our shipping providers has experienced a data breach that exposed sensitive order data. This affects new customers in the US, UK, Sweden, Colombia, Brazil, Italy, and Portugal who received an order within the 90 days prior to August 8th, 2026. The data exposed: - Full names - Shipping addresses - Phone numbers - Email addresses The incident affects 11,742 customers with full exposure (name, email, phone number, shipping address) and 1,947 customers with partial exposure (name, city, email). The breach is limited due to Trezor’s strict 90-day data storage policy (we were also able to negotiate the same terms with fulfillment partners, who follow the same policy). All affected customers have been contacted separately by email. Our systems and devices remain secure, but affected customers could experience an increase in phishing attempts. NEVER enter your wallet backup on a website or share it with anyone, and only check for updates on official Trezor channels. We are deeply sorry to the community and those affected.
