finished watching cyberpunk edgerunners 2 and wow, it was really really good. i will admit i preferred the characters from edgerunners 1 but at the end of the day that can come down to personal preference and the story was all around very enjoyable + animation was awesome too

my only slightly controversial thought is that the narrative they were pushing with the promotional material was all like “oh it’s darker than edgerunners 1, you’ll cry more” etc, and to be honest i didn’t really feel that so my expectations ended up being skewed
