Mortarion

look at that star look at that light look at my heart, cold and dark

we should allow the fire its feast, no?

think back on all that you have lost. think of all that was never yours.

with broken legs and broken fangs

dream a darker dream

carrion me

born so wrong to a life so cold

my forgotten withering

harden your hearts

thy bruise is incurable, and thy wound is grievous

smashed across the rocks and bleeding in the shallows

the day i ceased to be

like the darkness in a deep sea darkness upon darkness darkness upon darkness

we found the eyes of angels in small places, hidden there by the merciful God

my path becomes clearer with each bloody step

a blossoming cancer

to empathize with the rusted, the moldy, and the forgotten

bright sun of the night

sad creatures in dark corners seems they’ve been sad for a very long time

the punishment doesn't fit the crime, i don't think

my radiant destiny
