하율이 재롱잔치 2탄 with @Kindred_AI
마음에 드는 이미지가 안나와서 적다가 잠시 예약글로 저장해둔 kindred 글이 올라가버렸네요. 이미지나 영상도 없이!! 자존심 상해.ㅋ
지난 kindred 글이 하율이 재롱잔치 타종(타두) 사건 이야기였는데, 이번엔 하율이의 또 다른 무대영상을 올립니다. 이후에도 재롱잔치에 처음 참석하는 부모들의 그 울컥함에 대해서 많은 현실 지인, Web3 형들과 공감했었는데요, 다들 하나같이 막상 자기 자식의 순서에는 치열한 포토존 차지 싸움으로 감동의 순간을 제대로 느낄 수 없었다고 합니다.
하지만 영상으로 남아, 부족한 저의 기억을 대신해줄 수 있어서 다행이라는 생각이 드네요. 여기서 저는 이 영상을 Kindred 의 AI 컴패니언이 어떻게 해줄지 생각해봤습니다.
kindred의 AI 컴패니언은 기억을 단순히 저장하는 게 아니라, 그 안에 담긴 감정까지 함께 보존해줍니다. 하율이가 무대에서 재롱을 부리던 그 순간의 울컥함, 부모님들의 가슴 벅찬 기분을... 영상으로만 끝나는 게 아니라, AI가 그 이야기를 듣고 공감하며, 나중에 아이에게 다시 들려줄 수 있게 해주죠.

🔔 오랜만에 다시 모인 서치파이 식구들, 반가움이 가득했던 저녁!
정말 몇 달 만에 서치파이 식구들과 소소하지만 따뜻한 모임을 가졌습니다. 이번 모임은 하율아빠의 서울 귀경을 축하하고, 2주 뒤 다시 멕시코로 떠나는 지니누나의 송별회도 겸해서 마련된 자리였어요.
바쁜 일상 속에서도 시간을 내어주신 서치파이 식구들과 몇몇 반가운 분들이 함께해 주셨습니다.
오랜만에 만났는데도 어색함은 하나도 없고, 마치 어제 만났던 것처럼 편안하고 반갑더라고요. 역시 좋은 인연은 시간이 지나도 변하지 않나 봅니다.

맛있는 음식도 먹고, 그동안 못 나눴던 이야기도 나누고, 웃고 떠들다 보니 어느새 시간이 훌쩍 지나가 버렸네요.
마음 같아서는 3차까지 달리고 싶었지만, 아쉽게도 시간 관계상 2차를 끝으로 저는 복귀했습니다. ㅎㅎ
그리고 이번 모임에는 또 하나의 따뜻한 마음이 함께했는데요.
비록 현장에는 참석하지 못하셨지만, 애플파운더께서 보내주신 깜짝 선물까지!!
멀리서도 서치파이 식구들을 생각해 주시는 그 마음이 정말 감사했습니다. 덕분에 모임이 한층 더 풍성하고 즐거워졌네요. 직접 함께하지 못해도 이렇게 마음을 나눌 수 있다는 게 참 좋았습니다. ❤️
생각해 보면 서치파이라는 인연으로 처음 만났지만, 이제는 프로젝트를 넘어 서로의 안부를 묻고 일상을 나누는 소중한 사람들이 된 것 같습니다.
함께하는 시간이 길지 않아도, 그 안에 담긴 웃음과 따뜻함은 오래 기억에 남는 것 같아요.
2주 뒤 다시 멕시코로 떠나는 지니누나도 다시 한국으로 오는 날까지 항상 건강하게 잘 다녀오시고, 하율아빠도 최우수상 축하하고 연말 서치파이 밋업일에 보는걸로...
오늘 함께해 주신 모든 분들, 그리고 멀리서도 따뜻한 마음을 전해주신 애플파운더께도 감사드립니다.
다음에는 조금 더 많은 서치파이 식구들과 함께할 수 있으면 좋겠네요.
자주 만나지는 못해도, 만나면 늘 반갑고 헤어질 때는 아쉬운 사람들. 체리, 실버, 으노아버지, 루팡, 상호형 외 서치파이 가족분들과의 소중한 인연이 오래오래 이어졌으면 좋겠습니다. 🥰

Most free mints hand out the NFT first and hope people play later. @computersrh flips it: 1,111 of the 3,333 GTD spots go to players, earned by spending the in-game token. The collection fills up with people who actually built something on the island... and then the NFT boosts what they earn there. That loop is the part I keep coming back to :)
How the free mint splits:
· 333 for creators (every post reviewed by the team)
· 1,889 for partner DAOs and communities
· 1,111 for players, through in-game token spending
Early Access opens Oct 6, 16:00 UTC, one day before the public launch, and the token goes live at the same moment. The contract address will only come from @computersrh, so anything else in your DMs is not it.

그래도 우리가 Hazels를 봐야 하는 이유
민팅이 무너진 프로젝트를 굳이 다시 보는 이유는 하나다. @0xhazels는 장애를 물량 소진의 핑계로 쓰지 않고, 판매를 닫고 전액 환불을 택했다. 이 판에서 '망했다'와 '멈췄다'를 가르는 건 대개 그다음 행동이다.
9월 30일 민팅은 기술 장애로 중단됐다. 공식 사후 공지 기준으로 GTD 대기 283명 중 81명만 성공했고, WL은 초반 동시 접속이 800명을 넘었지만 30분 안에 통과한 지갑이 약 50개였다. 팀은 당일 판매를 닫았고, OpenSea 2차 매수분까지 취득가 기준으로 환불했다. 환불 트랜잭션은 이더스캔에서 볼 수 있다.
내가 점수를 주는 건 세 가지다.
강행하지 않았다. 장애 난 채로 팔아버리는 쪽이 더 쉬웠고, 그런 팀이 더 흔하다.
환불이 검증 가능하다. 말이 아니라 온체인 기록이다.
문을 넓혔다. 10월 2일 연 크리에이터 캠페인(7,500 USDT, 상위 100명, 11월 3일 종료)은 홀더가 아니어도 참여할 수 있다. 상금은 줄었지만 입구는 넓어졌다.
물론 공짜 응원은 아니다. 점수 초기화에 대한 원칙, 사진 사용 건의 공식 경위와 재발 방지, 캠페인 정산 공개, 재민팅 인프라 검증. 이 네 가지가 문서로 남는지를 지켜볼 것이다. 응원은 환불로 시작되지만, 완성은 정산이 한다.
이번 캠페인이 재밌는 건 한 방짜리 글이 아니라 한 달을 버티는 쪽이 유리해 보인다는 점이다. 존버는 아니고 존글이다 ㅎㅎ 나도 천천히, 그러나 꾸준히 써보려 한다 :)

Now that this year’s KBW is wrapped up
I want to share a personal experience from last year’s KBW.
Up until early this year I was a die hard believer in @pudgypenguins and @AbstractChain
Last year I literally flew from the US to Korea just for KBW mainly because I genuinely wanted to meet the Pudgy and Abstract teams in person
Before flying out I spent weeks planning gifts for them. I ordered traditional Korean wrapping cloths, norigae ornaments, cultural souvenirs, and handwritten letters
I personally wrapped 10 full gift bags for 10 individual team members
On the day of their meetup it happened to overlap with the Seoul International Fireworks Festival.
Traffic was completely shut down, the streets were jam packed and you could barely take a step
I took a cab as close as I could then lugged all 10 heavy bags through the chaotic crowd just to hand them directly to the team
I didn't want anything in return
I genuinely just wanted them to feel welcomed in Korea to know how much the Korean community loved the brand and for them to take home unforgettable memories
And what happened after?
Out of the 10 people who received those gifts literally zero not a single person sent a message saying "Thank you" or even basic "Hey got the gifts appreciate it"
Did they not know how to contact me? Every single bag included a custom business card with a direct QR code linked to my twitter and telegram DM
I didn’t do it for clout and I wasn't expecting special treatment but months later it hit me "not a single damn message"
For a moment I gaslit myself.
Was I being too traditional? Is it just a cultural difference between Korea and the West?
Then I remembered I live in the US 🤣
This isn't about cultural differences. When someone travels across the globe fights through a massive crowd and hands you a personalized, thoughtful gift, sending 5s "Hey received it safely" is not cultural it’s basic human decency.
And they couldn't even manage that.
That was the moment I realized never pour your heart into a web3 project or idolize team.
In the end the only idiot who gets hurt is you.
Also projects gearing up for TGE usually go all out hosting events at major conferences like KBW.
Last year, Abstract hosted plenty of events themselves
This year? Literally ZERO
Makes you wonder why🤔
Abstract is already swimming in FUD
and this is how an active team member chooses to behave?
Raj knows damn well how the community feels about Phin.
Posting photos together, playing dumb with "why can't friends just hang out?" and then doubling down with drinking pics to literally mock their own community?
Hang out with whoever you want in private,
but publicly clowning the very holders backing your chain while on the payroll is peak room temperature IQ
If Raj has this little awareness, what does that say about the leadership that hired him? Massive red flag for @AbstractChain.
