"I got to act again."
He sounds so happy. Knowing that he misses serious acting, I'm happy beyond words that he was able to act again and that he enjoyed. He enjoyed it to the point of fanboying about the interaction. Which is so adorable of him. I'm so proud of him.

But the two dynamic are doomed. Because Va'len will never be satisfied. His greed and own fear will make him reject and destroy everything he hold dear. I don't see a good ending for him. Will he be rejected? Betrayed? Broken physically or mentally? I don't look forward to it..
He trust him. The impression that Va'len make on us watcher can be see in Sir Ryzeric. He will go where Va'len go. Be it at the other side of the world, in hell or in paradise. He will see through Va'len story and follow him.

Just some random thoughts
(No matter how deeply someone immerses themselves in a role, I believe they can only express that kind of pain so convincingly if they truly understand what it feels like.
Through that stream, I caught a glimpse of the more human side of that incubus.)
