Had a blast in St. George last week working with freshman long snapper Dirk Frandsen of Pine View High School. Good luck in the playoffs and keep getting 1% better everyday!

Week 10- Region championship Longsnapping highlights. Tough loss 7-28! I had great Punt snaps and punt coverage in this game! #football #longsnapping @TheChrisRubio @LCarstensen40 @D_ferriswheel46 – at Taylor, UT
Hosted a speed & agility clinic in the small town of Richfield, Utah yesterday! I had a blast, and I can’t wait to come back!
These kids deserve as much of an opportunity to get better as the kids up in SLC where I train.

Long snappers should add these to their conditioning regimen!!! Whether you snap and release or snap and block, adjust accordingly.
After the snap, sprint down at least 50 yards at 50-75% max speed. Rest a minute in between.
