As our new PM @trussliz please act quickly so that everyone can keep safe and healthy this winter.

Are you worried about being able to use your #BlueBadge on holiday this summer?
Travelling abroad can be a nightmare for so many reasons at the moment. This needs securing ASAP to, in the very least, make parking simple for #Disabled people.

Happy 30th birthday, Wardieburn!
Last week, residents and staff at the service in Edinburgh celebrated 30 years of Wardieburn!
The sun was out celebrating with everyone on the patio! 🌞😎

ALT Staff and residents at Wardieburn group together for a photo. 9 people are standing in the background, with 4 more seated in wheelchairs by the table. On the table in the foreground is a cake. There are balloons and fairy lights hung up around the edges of the patio in the background and some drinks on the table, showing the party atmosphere!
Voting closes at the end of this week! If you're in any of the below stores this week, we'd be very grateful if you could ask for a token at checkout and help us ensure people with disabilities can stay connected!

Today's research from @sensecharity echoes what #Disabled people told us earlier this year. Issues have worsened & for many, it feels like help isn't going far enough. #CostOfLivingCrisis bit.ly/3HDbJz5
Disabled people and their families are at breaking point.
The Government's #CostOfLiving support will only offer temporary relief.
We need long-term financial support to stop people being forced to choose between fuel, food and vital medical equipment.
