Here is a video of one of my favorite LEADS couples - Mary and Peggy! Mary is one of my bravest patients. She developed problems with memory in her late 50s. Such a heartwarming interview.

We compared 10 different p-tau assays for detection of amyloid pathology (important for anti-amyloid immunotherapies) and progression to AD dementia (important for prognosis). The results are clear; p-tau217 is the best p-tau biomarker in symptomatic AD, independent of method.
Janelidze et al. test 10 plasma phospho-tau assays head-to-head for their ability to detect abnormal brain amyloid-β status and predict future progression to Alzheimer's dementia in individuals with mild cognitive impairment. bit.ly/3opUmfv

It was great to see work from @abc_ds_ @LEADS_study and DIAN in one session at @HAIconference. Matt Zammit did a fantastic job presenting a first look at longitudinal tau PET in individuals with Down Syndrome.
BIG NEWS! Over the weekend, the Indianapolis #Walk2EndAlz reached $1 million for the first time ever! 🎉 Shoutout to the @LEADS_study & @iadrc_iu teams for bringing us across the finish line - and thank you to EVERYONE who contributed! This is YOUR moment!
