Since 2009, we’ve used this account to share University updates, highlight research stories, and connect with the Leeds community far and wide.

We were proud to support this critical British Heart Foundation funded work using #AI to identify patients at risk of heart failure.
@cpgale3 and his team at @UniversityLeeds trained and developed a #MachineLearning model and needed a way for people use it.
Our Data Analytics Team created a containerised #API that standardised the parameters it could accept and the output generated. We created a web app that collected the parameters from a simple web form, pass them through the API to the model and present the result as a % chance.
A user could therefore enter the website, answer some questions and hit 'Go'.
