Flyers beware! The Southwest Airlines meltdown is far from over. Flight 2169 from Nashville to Chicago this afternoon was pure hell. Ironically it was happening as Southwest CEO Bob Jordan was sending out a letter claiming they are moving swiftly to make changes. yea right?!!
