Getting more results from posting trial reels that are just the same video but inverted/mirrored lol Has been like 2x the views/follows of than the original version Easy action to take if you're pushing IG organic to effectively 2x your output

If I have learned anything from 4 yrs in the game and millions in ad spend under my belt, it’s this 1. Be grateful for what you have 2. Boil down your goals into a list of tasks 3. Go as hard as you can. Be aggressive. Make mistakes. Stay in the trenches. Do great work 4. Let time elapse without nuking urself

AI video editing going to change the game Specifically because now we can crank out video ads in a similar way we would crank out native ads where it's just one guy going from idea->live Zero hand offs between creative strat and the ad going live = fast af feedback loop

The best way to learn creative strategy is from breaking down winning ads It also gives you a tonne of ad ideas while you're doing it Just made this 50 minute banger of breaking down winning ads on my YT Search "Leo Moore" to watch

If you were building any AI based company or Saas you have to be living in fear pretty much every day For example Viktor, a great product, can kind of just be replaced with some nifty thinking with Claude Many such cases

A big part of letting many years pass before quitting is that it just takes a long time to get good Once you are good, you will sign better clients, have better case studies, have more frame with clients, better organic content, and better insights It just takes a while

Which info product/coaching businesses have been able to sustainably hit >$3m per month in the last couple of years? Have spoken to a couple who are in the 2-5m per month range in the last week or so and wondering who the bigger fish are

If you are a high ticket business trying to build out 'personas' instead of doing it the eCom way just have a 'persona' that is one of your actual clients You should know them pretty well. List your top 5-10 and articulate everything you know about them. If they can be grouped into 2-3 personas, do it, otherwise you can just have a persona that is literally just that client and write ads directly to that person Think to yourself: - What would stop that client in the feed? - What would convince them I am trustworthy? - What offer would make them insta-buy? - What content formats do they consume organically that I can rip? - How do I need to sound in the ad (tonality wise) to stand out? Do this properly and it will work If it doesn't work, you didn't do it properly

True. Best thing I did for the biz recently was get a hobby
Most entrepreneurs work too much. You get more done taking 1-2 days/week off than working 24/7. I can’t keep the level of output & quality ideas we need for the brands rn without weekends, & I think most people are the same even if they don’t admit it. Focus is your #1 asset

All roads lead to building an offer that scales on cold, has a huge TAM, lots of problem/solution aware buyers, and having content/brand run alongside it to support If you disagree, you will probably switch up in a few years

80/20 of productivity maxxing after trying everything: - have 3 important tasks planned the night before - 10 min walk no phone upon waking up - Coffee + important tasks with no comms - Have a hobby that includes cardio (eg running, MMA etc) - be in full alignment with destiny eg have mental clarity / no mental blocks. If these arise, get rid asap
