I will never understand why people think you get washed at 20+ years old. Reaction time doesnt really decline till late 30s. Formula 1 drivers, footballer, boxers and other athletes show peak physical performance and reaction time until mid 30s. 1/2

A 25 year old literally has 0 disadvantages compared to a 15 year old. 25 is still considered quite young in most sports that require reaction time. I think the reason for this misconception is that most players lose interest in a „childrens game“ when they reach mid 20s. 2/2
