Congratulations to Shahriar Habib on his successful PhD defense! Shahriar is the first PhD student in my lab. Shahriar did great work and my lab would not be where it is today without his hard work and dedication. The next stop for Shahriar is @CEMEX_Demopolis.
The Weinman Lab has had a fun two weeks!
First, we got to celebrate Thanksgiving with smoked turkey.
Second, we had our end-of-semester lab dinner at Mellow Mushroom playing Singo.
Excited to share Lauren and Cate's publication @J_Membrane_Sci! Pattern sizes smaller and larger than the foulant size fouled slightly less than the patterns of similar size to the foulant. Thanks to the @NSF and @ChristyMPayne for funding this work!

Excited to share @LabWeinman first paper on greener solvents, 2-methylpyrazine (2MP, a more hydrophobic solvent) for membrane fabrication! Using 2MP gave lower MWCOs and a narrower pore size distribution. Great work Joseph, Liam, Maggie, and Blake!
