Renal tumor in a 70 something yr old. My fellow (understandably) brought it to me with a diagnosis of CCRCC. I told him I would bet my next paycheck that it would be a translocation Ca.
Clues?
1. Lack of vascularity
2. Calcification
3. Solid growth pattern
