This rise began with voluntary fortification of breakfast cereals with folic acid.
It has increased with the subsequent increases.
Folic acid is a known bowel cancer risk which is why adding it to our flour was rejected as an idea for decades.

If you are over 50 years old your limit on folic acid should be 200 micrograms.
They are adding 250 micrograms to every 100g of flour.
Below is NHS advice on if you take more than recommended amount.

Henry Nowak’s killer, Vickrum Digwa still had a knife on him AFTER arrest and in Police custody.

The scenes this evening in Portswood are completely unacceptable.
The Nowak family made a powerful call to us all yesterday to not let Henry’s death be used to create further division, hatred or tension.
There can be no justification for hijacking this tragedy to stir up violence and disorder. Those responsible can expect to face the full force of the law.
