دریافت «جایزه شجاعت» رو به توماج صالحی تبریک میگم. این جایزه‌ها هرچند به یک فرد مشخص داده میشوند ولی واقعا قدردانی از شجاعت تمام کسانی هستند که در ایران در مقابل ظلم و استبداد این حکومت مقاومت کردند.
دیشب در مراسم سالانه «بنیاد روز اُکسی» و با حضور سفیر یونان در واشنگتن دی‌سی، سه «جایزه شجاعت» به دالایی لاما، توماج صالحی و ویکتوریا روشچینا اهدا شد. کارل گرشمن جایزه توماج صالحی را به آزاده افصحی تقدیم کرد و او به نمایندگی جایزه را دریافت کرد.

Mohsen Rezaei is known as the joker of Iranian politics. He is eternally known for losing a major battle in the Iran-Iraq War, getting thousands of Iranian soldiers killed, and later calling it a diversion operation. He also ran for the presidency multiple times, each time receiving fewer votes than the void ballots. He is not really taken seriously.
He got the job in the Supreme National Security Council because Qalibaf who had become the most visible person of the regime during and after the war had lost the trust of the regime supporters rallying on the streets. Mohsen Rezaei’s appointment was to placate them. Still, people like Qalibaf, Vahidi, and Taeb have a much more important role in making decisions in the Islamic Republic.
یه پدیده ایی هست که آدم یه احساساتی رو فقط تو یه زبون احساس میکنه، تو زبان‌های دیگه احساس نمیکنه. مثلا "جگر سوزی" یا "دلتنگی" فقط تو زبان فارسی احساس میشن. یا مثلا "fernweh" (اشتیاق شدید و دردناک برای سفر به جایی دور) فقط تو زبان آلمانی احساس میشه. متوجه میشید دارم چی میگم؟
