On October 22, the Supreme Court stayed an appeal that would have forced New Hampshire election precincts to consider student IDs as proof of photo identification. The case stems from a nonprofit's lawsuit challenging NH legislation that discouraged election officials from considering student IDs as proof of identity unless presented alongside acceptable photo identification. The Court's order is a victory for election integrity, ensuring that voter ID requirements remain clear and consistent leading up to Election Day!
Tomorrow, AMERICANS will exercise their civic responsibility at the ballot box.
While Election Day comes only once a year, the fight to ensure that YOUR voice is protected is a daily battle. The left continued to attack the integrity of our electoral system. As you go to cast your vote, consider taking a moment to read about the ongoing battle over your right to vote, and Landmark’s role in protecting American voters.

Expanding the Supreme Court would make it more, not less, partisan.

In failing to pass the Save America Act the Senate deprived states of accessing critical voter information. If 2/3 of states are now hiding who is on their voter rolls, what does that signal about the integrity of our system?

We @CivilRights have requested the voter rolls of ALL 50 states. 1/3 of the states cooperated, and 2/3 didn’t (including CA). @TheJusticeDept will continue to enforce federal laws, such as VRA, HAVA, and NVRA, to ensure free and fair elections for ALL Americans!
Rampant voter fraud persists across U.S. communities. Our system needs increased voter verification law to protect American voices at the ballot box!

More arrests this morning tied to alleged voter fraud.
Protecting American elections from criminal interference remains a top priority of this @FBI.
We will use every legal resource to hold those who violate our election laws accountable and defend every American citizen’s constitutional right to vote.
Thank you @DHSgov and @TheJusticeDept
