Jim Jordan was involved in Trump's conspiracy to steal the election and seize power; he urged that Pence refuse to count lawful electoral votes. If Rs nominate Jordan to be Speaker, they will be abandoning the Constitution. They’ll lose the House majority and they’ll deserve to.
1/ Will a single GOP House member before voting for @jordan demand that he 1) acknowledge Joe Biden was legitimately elected president in 2020 and Trump lost? 2) that he regrets defying a subpoena of a congressional committee (ie, the 1-6 committee? AND
2/ demand that @Jordan state publicly he regrets his effort to require VP Pence to violate the Constitution and send elector votes back to states after Jan 6? Media should call out each and ask these 3 questions.
