Zack Polanski speaks without notes in a rational but passionate repudiation of the insults aimed at him by the pro-Israel mob. This is an example of powerful oratory that will be completely ignored by the BBC, Sky etc so lets retweet to make sure it gets maximum coverage here.

Paul Nowak, "The national minimum wage is £12.71 an hour"
"Nobody on this panel is on £12.71 an hour"
"And I think it is right that we are looking to increase people's wages"
"Why? When low paid members get a pay rise, what do they do, they go out and spend it in local shops and local restaurants"
"They don't squirrel it away in offshore bank accounts"
My view:
For someone earning the least, a pay rise can mean putting the heating on without worrying, buying fresh food, or getting through the month without borrowing. That matters in its own right. People deserve more than a lifetime of work spent barely scraping by.
There is an economic value too. When household budgets have been stretched to breaking point, extra income helps meet needs that have gone unmet. That spending supports other people’s jobs and gives local businesses customers who can afford to walk through the door.
We spend so much time asking whether the economy can afford to pay people more. We should also ask what it costs us to keep so many people poor.

One of the interesting things I’ve noticed in this discourse about sexual strangulation is that people with low–sex and kink drives appear to not have a theory of mind for people with high drives.
To them, even if the act has no further moral implications, it’s hard to comprehend why someone would take such a risk for such a low reward.
I’ll be honest, I have a hard time comprehending motorcyclists that zip around at three–digit speeds on the highway; I have no desire to engage in that behavior, and I struggle to comprehend people who do.
The trouble is when we treat our lack of comprehension of the other as if the other doesn’t exist, must be lying, or is some abomination.
A few decades ago during the AIDS crisis, a heterosexual with no personal comprehension of homosexuality might say, “Having gay sex is so risky, why not just avoid something that’s so easy to avoid?”
It would be easy for him to avoid; it obviously wouldn’t be easy to avoid for those very attached to the activity and the people they engage in it with.
I think this is something we can engage with seriously if we are able to have empathy for the people on either side of the discussion.

The BBC consistently interrupts every guest that criticises Israel with a defence on their behalf: “Israel would say [insert genocide justification here]”
They say they do this for “transparency” and “due impartiality”.
If they were honest about that, they would also add the other things Israel themselves have said.
Allow us to demonstrate:
1. “Israel would say [genocide justification] although Isaac Herzog, Israel’s President did say on 12 October 2023 ‘It is an entire nation out there that is responsible’”
2. “Israel would say [genocide justification]. Netanyahu did also say in a letter to his soldiers on November 2023 that Gaza is a ‘holy war of total annihilation’”
3. “Israel would say [genocide justification]. On 9 October 2023, Defence Minister Yoav Gallant also said ‘We are fighting against human animals.’”
4. “Israel Katz, the Energy Minister on 13 October 2023, did say that Gaza's civilians would ‘not receive a drop of water or a single battery until they leave the world.’”
5. “Bezalel Smotrich, Finance Minister in August 2024 said starving two million people “might be just and moral until they return the hostages.’”
The BBC has consistently hidden behind “transparency” and “due impartiality” to defend Israel at every opportunity.
But their cherry-picking of what they say after “Israel says”, is telling of just how opaque and partial they are.
“Israel says” is not inherently bad, if one actually says what Israel says.

It's fucking beautiful watching the dying embers of the ZioNazi aligned corporate media's control of the riff raff.
Michigan's Democratic candidate for Senate Abdul El-Sayed confronted @jamesmatthewsky, telling him he wouldn't answer his questions as he wants "zero" votes in the UK.
Watch the heated exchange between the two.
