We need to continue pursuing economic opportunities with all our heart. That is how we address many of the challenges facing West Virginia. I was happy to discuss how we do just that with folks in Wheeling.
Gas prices are killing everyday West Virginians. It is time we provide some much-needed relief. Let's pause the gas tax for a period of time. We have the money!

Ike and I had many conversations, and I will miss him dearly. But there is one lesson that he taught me that I will never forget. Ike said to never turn away someone in need. I have tried to keep that message at the forefront of my career and hope others will do the same.

West Virginia’s best days lie ahead. We possess immense potential, but we must seize it. This requires taking prudent risks, implementing bold reforms, and making smart decisions.
West Virginia’s future won’t build itself.
