PS6 RAM and SSD costs alone are reportedly over $680, according to a claim from leaker Kepler_L2. The post also claims Sony’s PS6 bill of materials has already climbed to almost $1,000. That would be before adding the CPU, GPU, cooling, motherboard, power supply, case, controller and other components. If those estimates are accurate, a $1,000+ retail price would be a very real possibility, especially if Sony wants to avoid selling the console at a loss.

I don’t hate games like Path of Exile and Diablo, but sweet Lord the whole build crafting thing is not for me. Hell, even following a guide is boring. These games will make classes and abilities that are cool and decide that everything needs to be funneled into key presses.

I am not advocating for making the game easier. I just want as many viable options as possible because I don’t care if you want to run butterfly napalm rain, that should be just as usable as the trifecta synergy of vaporization.
