Rob Helms, RD Productions, announced that the Morgan County Fair will welcome Joe Nichols & Sara Evans, along with BIGG COUNTRY, to the concert stage on Friday, July 27th to kick off the 2018 Fair. Tickets will be available on May 19, at Ray Skillman Hoosier Ford, from 2-5 pm.
