Guys, really don’t travel via #LNER today if you can avoid it: my kids are still trying to get to #York from #London 6.5 hours after setting off. They’re currently on their 4th train. So far they’ve been from Kings Cross to Peterborough to Euston to Stockport to Sheffield.

My daughter was today on a train going to her self defence class, a man got in the virtually empty carriage and sat directly opposite her and stared at her, when she didn’t give him attention he moved and sat right next to her, where he proceeded to put his head right next to her

Why is it any more worrying that Couzens was on duty at Parliament than anywhere else? Are we saying politicians’ lives are more worthy of being protected? That’s what it sounds like. Absolutely tone deaf messaging. Human safety is a right, not a privilege for the privileged.

More kids (and teachers) in NW London secondary schools being sent home to isolate than at any time in the pandemic. Schools decimated, end of term exam plans in tatters, teacher morale low, kids anxious. Hearing it's the same throughout the country. WTF?
