2565 wines tasted (+3,5% on last year, the highest since COVID. Still, I needed quite a bit to top 3K)
42 flights (just one more than 2023, the second highest since COVID)
106 days away from home (one less than 2023, the second highest since COVID)
91 days away from home but in Greece (+19% on last year, the highest ever)
15 days abroad (-50% on last year, only pandemic years were lower)
21,000 Km in my car (-4% on last year, but still quite high)
Jerez apparently abolishes the obligatory fortification of DO wines, to clear the way for still, dry, unfortified Palominos. Wise move. But will the classics survive it?
