Calling offensive plays is one of the most challenging jobs in sports. It’s also one of the most critiqued positions in sports. Everyone thinks they can call plays. Do your homework, trust your gut, and ignore the outside.

The best football coaches aren’t the ones with eight 5 ⭐️’s that go 15-0. The best coaches are the ones that go 5-5 with a bunch of home grown kids and have to coach like hell to win those 5.

SHOCKING: A growing number of middle school athletes — mostly boys — are intentionally repeating 8th grade to delay their start in high school, giving themselves another full year to get bigger, stronger, and faster, which in turn dramatically boosts their chances at elite high school spots, college scholarships, and massive NIL deals potentially worth millions.
William La Jeunesse: “Of 8M high school students in sports only 7% will play in college.”
“On the other hand, the [likely] number one pick in this year’s NBA draft, [AJ Dybantsa], did 8th grade twice.”
CRAZY IDEA: How about we let more kids be kids!

NEW: Memphis football doesn’t practice with music…
Head Coach Charles Huff explains why: “When the Navy SEALs get ready to go on a mission, they’re not listening to Lil Baby.” 😳
