Phil had a great time at the recent Beckman Foundation Board of Directors meetings as part of the Scientific Advisory Council talking about all of the great work that the foundation supports. It was a pleasure to spend time with such thoughtful and inspiring leaders.
One of our recent PhD graduates, Mark DeAngelis, has started his postdoc with Prof. Jennifer Lewis at Harvard! In her lab, he will create automated experimentation technologies for 3D printing, which builds upon his thesis work developing autonomous laboratory systems. Congrats!
Last week Moaiad Alabbasi, a second-year PhD student in our lab, presented his work at the ECS - The Electrochemical Society meeting in Seattle, WA!
Excited to see Moaiad represent the group and share this progress with the ECS community!
