Running a startup is such a rollercoaster. You have to be a bit crazy to endure. Here are just a few examples out of many over the years:
🤕 Covid hit, competitors go multi-channel, we feel stuck.
🤩 We get approached by a different vertical leader and exit in 6 months.
🤕 I bootstrapped my 2nd biz, but it became capital-intensive.
🤩 We get into an accelerator and raise $800K angel round.
🤩 We became the SaaS of 2022 (together with ChatGPT, Miro, Canva).
🤕 Big platform goes after us.
🤕 Before a major refactor, my chief engineer goes on maternity leave.
