After publishing 400+ essays, I've finally understood one thing: it's a numbers game, you can't tell which will touch people more. But best believe it's not the one you think.
DON'T. GET. INTO. HUGE. DEBT.
8 things I know at 40 that I wish I knew at 30:
1. Don’t get into huge debt
2. Always be family first
3. Invest in assets not luxury cr*p
4. Quit climbing the corporate ladder to nowhere
5. Stop commuting to an adult daycare center to be told what to do
6. Have multiple income streams
7. Walk 10,000 steps a day in nature
8. Don’t get into huge debt
