Replying to @HPSupport
@HPSupport @HP Thanks to your absolutely terrible after-care and customer support, I have just had to buy a new laptop (obviously I haven't chosen HP this time!) because you use the most useless and slowest courier option to return my faulty laptop #CXFail
I understand that the initial problems with the week-late pick-up were due to @UPS but, knowing what happened with the pick-up, surely you wouldn't choose (and I quote the UPS CS here) "the slowest possible option" to send a parcel on the way back.
It is abundantly clear that you don't care about your customers unless they are huge concerns, and that is very sad for any company nowadays. Pretty sure this isn't the "HP way" and it certainly isn't an experience that amazes #CustomerServiceFail
Sto passando troppo tempo a rimuginare su come rispondere a questa domanda nel sondaggio post-volo di @Ryanair_IT 😅

I really enjoyed being interviewed by the super-knowledgeable and also very lovely Estelle Helouin about the importance of asking the right kind of questions. #TeacherTraining #EducationalLeadership #AcademicManagement #ELT #Questions
Helping students and teachers reach their full potential is not about having the right answers but actually asking the right questions ❓❔
Lucie Cotterill shares what asking the right question at the right time does 💡
