Off to the @britishlibrary with the @LBObjects team to see the Digital Storytelling exhibition. All part of our work with @BhopalMedAppeal to keep telling the stories of those still affected after nearly 40 years by the disaster. A marathon of neglect and suffering.

My latest book, Curious Kin in Fictions of Posthuman Care, will be published soon. It's about more-than-human care in recent recent literature, film, and television. I've been working on it for quite a few years and its nice to have it out in the world.

ALT The image is the cover of Curious Kin in Fictions of Posthuman Care. The cover is white with the book title in blue lettering near the top. At the bottom is an image of two figures resting on a long, dark bench with their backs to the viewer. The figure on the the left is a child in a blue shirt. They are leaning on a strange creature with wrinkled, pinkish skin which lies across the bench beside them.

Medical Humanities & Disability Studies: In/Disciplines is published later this month. No book I've written was as challenging or took as much out of me, but I'm very proud of how it turned out. You can read a preview here: bloomsburycp3.codemantra.com…
