Wrong. A Texas Governor absolutely CAN under our emergency powers statutes, because TxLege Republicans have refused to rein them in. And she’s about to do it. Which is why we need a special session now. You’re welcome to join that call. Action > inaction.

over 300,000 illegal voters cast ballots in Harris County STILL...NO ONE HOLDING Harris County accountable to the law to the state of Texas. Governor Greg Abbott has NEVER activated the special unit of the Texas Rangers to investigate this. We've begged Abbott for 4 election cycles to do this and out this known election fraud technique. And it makes me sick. I told everyone for years...no one took me seriously. Keep sitting there...you're about to get a state income tax and DEI will reign supreme with these clowns.
Results for Harris County, Texas - 3rd most populous county in the country. I live in that little red area just west of the deep blue city center.

Texas fraud.
HOLY CR*P 🚨 Official Election Administration and Voting Comprehensive Report buried all the way on page 193 of the document shows Texas processed 2,900,357 new valid voter registrations between 2022-2024 without proof of citizenship Documented proof of citizenship like birth certificate, passport and naturalization papers is not required at the time of voter registration in Texas 56.5% of Texas voter registration were classified as “new valid registrations.” This is extremely suspicious that 55% of Texas voter registrations were “new”

Texas doesn’t have state income tax. What it DOES have is a property tax bill that resets every year based on whatever your home is “worth now.” Mine went up $3,800 in a single year. I didn’t get a raise. My house didn’t get bigger. The state just decided it needed more money. At least california is honest about robbing you.

Texans feel like our politicians have taken them for granted for years. That’s why so many people weren’t motivated to turn out and vote. A lot of us see little to no real difference between the Republican Party and the Democratic Party anymore. Because of that, the political landscape is now getting overrun by far-left and communist-aligned forces. This isn’t the voters’ fault. It’s the fault of career politicians who’ve been in power for decades and refused to listen, plus the consultants who got filthy rich off the system. We’re not sheep. We’re not going to just show up and vote for you simply because you tell us to. Give people an actual reason.

We never had a conservative majority... It doesn't matter how many seats the "Republicans" hold in Congress. There are only about 9 reps who do anything anyway.

We (@BadlandsMedia_) were villainized last month by everybody for simply saying that election integrity had not been addressed and therefore the election would be illegitimate. We were called “traitors”, “doomers”, and “operatives.” You bought it. You own. This is what you all wanted.

Greg Abbott did not debate Gina Hinojosa. Ken Paxton refused to debate James Talarico—even after Talarico offered to let Fox News host the debate. Texas Republicans at the top of the ticket were strongly relying on their loyal voters to show up. The same voters that have repeatedly been taken for granted.

SITREP: ACCOUNTABILITY. THE NEXT TWO YEARS. America, We lost last night. Full stop. I’m not interested in sugarcoating it, making excuses, or listening to another round of political consultants or pundits explain away failure. Again, full stop! In the military, when you lose ground, you don’t stand around congratulating yourself for a job well done. You figure out what went wrong, who was responsible, and what needs to change. Washington could use a serious lesson in that kind of leadership. For too long, Americans have listened to promises about accountability, government reform, fiscal responsibility, secure elections, and defending our constitutional freedoms. Enough promises. Where are the results? The American people deserve answers, not another fundraising email. Not another carefully scripted press conference. Not another politician telling us to wait until the next election. The next two years cannot be business as usual. We must examine why we lost. Where was the organization? Where was the leadership? Where was the follow-through? If we cannot answer those questions, we have learned absolutely nothing. I spent more than 33 years serving this nation in uniform. One lesson never changed: failure without accountability guarantees more failure. Our children and grandchildren will inherit the consequences of what we do, or fail to do, over the next two years. NO MORE EXCUSES. NO MORE EMPTY PROMISES. ACCOUNTABILITY STARTS NOW. And surf this wave like your life and our nation depend on it…because they do.

Texas is known for being red. Texans know that it's not really the right shade of red. Greg Abbot wasn't doing us any favors. We need to take this opportunity to realize the RINOs are out of power, and NOW is the time to rebuild with actual patriots.

THE GOOD, THE BAD, AND THE UGLY Last night was a massacre for the Republican Party. I have serious concerns about potential fraud and cheating, and I hope that the DOJ begins their process immediately. But those concerns cannot become an excuse to avoid accountability. Republicans need to confront their own failures. The Democrats played a better game. And honestly, Republicans made it far too easy for them. President Trump’s agenda was never going to be an easy sell to everyone. It becomes even harder when people surrounding him appear more interested in their own ambitions, establishment priorities, or foreign lobbying interests than the agenda Americans elected him to deliver. I’ve always said these midterms were my line in the sand. If the worst-case scenario happened, it would be time to reevaluate. That time has arrived. What we just witnessed looks like gross incompetence within the Republican Party. At times, it almost felt as though winning wasn’t even the objective. They rode the high horse of President Trump’s popularity without lifting the heavy weight. There are a few ways to look at what comes next. The good, the bad, and the ugly. THE UGLY The damage extends beyond Washington. Where Republicans lost state power, the consequences could last for years. State leadership shapes election rules, education, spending, regulation, and the relationship between citizens and their government. These states will move further toward left-wing policies and that reversing those changes will prove far harder than preventing them would have been. Winning back a seat is one thing. Undoing years of policy is another. Those battles just became longer, harder, and more expensive. THE BAD If you thought the investigations, obstruction, and political warfare after 2018 were bad, buckle up. I expect an aggressive effort to consume the remainder of Trump’s presidency with hearings, accusations, and institutional conflict. Many congressional Republicans will enter 2027 thinking about their own survival. They’ll distance themselves from Trump, avoid difficult votes, and look for someone else to absorb the blame. Some will begin siding with Democrats while calling it pragmatism. Others will simply disappear when their support matters most. The danger is a President trying to deliver an agenda while members of his own party calculate how far away they need to stand. THE GOOD There is an opportunity in this defeat but we have to earn it and work hard to obtain it. Some entrenched political careers may now be over. That creates room for new leadership, new candidates, and a serious examination of what the Republican Party actually stands for. As Democrats begin implementing their agenda, the people will also begin seeing just how radical the left has become. That provides an opportunity to build on their failures. 2028 starts now. The next two years must be about recruiting candidates who care about this country, reaching younger voters, building stronger local organizations, and giving Americans concrete reasons to support America First. A new slogan won’t fix this. Neither will replacing a few faces while keeping the same failed leadership. We need candidates who can explain the America First agenda, defend it, and deliver it. We need a party that listens before Election Day and follows through afterward. This defeat could become the beginning of an America First rebuilding effort stronger than anything we’ve seen so far. But nothing about that outcome is automatic. One prediction — I think we’ll see a renewed push to pass the SAVE America Act in the coming weeks. Whether it actually passes will tell us something about Republican urgency. Election integrity must remain a priority. So must competence, accountability, and earning the public’s trust. My line in the sand was never about walking away from America First. It was about refusing to keep making excuses for the people entrusted to deliver it.

For those who are shocked by the governor upset in Texas, let me remind you: Under Abbott, Texas added around 477k new lawful permanent residents in just the last four years. Where did they come from? Largely, tech startups that are full of HB-1 labor. That labor happens to be 70-80% Democrat. That level of immigration is more than enough to erase the GOP margin in Texas. Immigration is why Texas lost every statewide race. Abbott went after big business then got himself voted out.

Folks, Greg Abbott did this to himself. He begged the tech companies to come to Texas, and he had them bring their H1b employees, most of which are from India. 70 to 80 percent vote democrat. He pleased big business and got himself voted out. Did you ever wonder why the US Border Patrol was not mass deporting illegal aliens out of Houston or Dallas wholesale? His chickens have come home to roost.
"Texas has added ~476k new lawful permanent residents in just the last four years. That scale of legal immigration is more than enough to erase the old GOP margin and produce the early Democratic lead we’re seeing tonight."

H-1B holders cannot vote; only U.S. citizens can. Indians face long green card waits (often 10+ years) then 5 more for citizenship. ~228k Indian American eligible voters in TX lean Dem, small vs ~700k margin. Latino voter shifts were larger drivers. sos.state.tx.us/elections/laws… usa.gov/who-can-vote aapidata.com/featured/india… axios.com/2026/11/04/lat…

Absolutely noone can be surprised by Texas. We have been sounding the alarm and being ignored. You dumbasses should have made better choices in the primaries. The average Texan is not thriving with the same tired RINOs in charge.
