The downtown transformation we need!
We’re excited to share the next phase of what’s coming to downtown Salt Lake City. The new district will have something for everyone.
It’ll have a new convention center, updated Abravanel Hall, new art museum, transformed Delta Center, Live Nation venue, strong local vibe combined with new iconic brands, hotel, housing, restaurants, and a central pedestrian walkway connecting the whole downtown from City Creek all the way to the new front door of the Delta Center.
This corridor has so much potential
U of U Health has received approval to acquire land in the Power District for a future Redwood Health Center, expanding access to care and strengthening our commitment to Salt Lake City’s west side.

In-office debate - best local coffee shop?
We all show up with a different brand in our hand each morning. We subscribe to a local cold brew service, and a number of coffee bean brands are delivered to make fresh drip coffee.
First up - Caffe' Expresso. We pulled the Placer.ai report to see how they match up on visits. I removed the chains to make it simple.
Within a 15-mile radius, they rank 13th. 55/102, respectively (all brands).
