This has been a great and fun #WWERaw so far
-Each match is getting some time and everyone is bringing out the best of each other.
- There’s no wasted time or dead air, just match after match no padding out the time
- Time has been going quick! Again, no plodding through the night or running on fumes, just continuous motion #WeebsoftheRing
Truly disappointing to see this. Both Networks use to have a STACK line up back in the day. Now we ARE scarping by! It’s truly unfortunate events. My kids in the future will grow with peak that I grew up with.

Feel like this one had a very strong start but from the point of where Luca got introduced up until the end it lost me a decent bit ngl.. Still had some very strong qualities, though more so on the production side of things.

• Jessica Cruz, Simon Baz, Kilowog & Sinestro would’ve been in the series + a new Lantern character Bree Jarta
• The Manhunters were planned to be the primary villains
• Seth Grahame-Smith was set to serve as showrunner with Marc Guggenheim in the writers room

The universe of the CW wasn’t perfect but had many flaws. You really think this series could have succeed better than Lanterns? Hell Nah.

Me tomaré el tiempo de explicarlo.
#Lanterns habla, en gran parte, sobre el trauma generacional. Lo vemos reflejado en los padres de John y el racismo, en el padre de Hal y el suicidio, y en Noah y su abuela, que es una Manhunter.
La serie plantea que, si no rompes estos ciclos desde la raíz, el trauma termina convirtiéndose en un bucle interminable de resentimiento, dolor y odio que se transmite de una generación a otra.
Por eso el gesto de John con la chica tiene tanto significado. Al ayudarla, está evitando que repita el mismo camino que su familia y que él recorrió durante tantos años. De cierta forma, John está rompiendo ese ciclo y dándole la oportunidad de empezar de cero, sin cargar con los mismos resentimientos, odios y heridas que marcaron a su familia. (Lo mismo aplica para Noah)
Porque romper un trauma generacional no significa olvidar lo que pasó ni negar el daño que te causaron. Significa aceptar ese dolor, perdonar y decidir que no vas a permitir que siga definiendo tu vida ni la de quienes vienen después de ti.
Por eso la escena de John con su familia está acompañada por esta otra. Cuando abraza a su madre, no está simplemente perdonándola: está cerrando una herida que lo acompañó durante años. Y cuando después ayuda a la chica, está haciendo por ella lo que nadie hizo por él: darle la oportunidad de romper ese ciclo y empezar de nuevo.

I don’t wanna gatekeep comics, but if you’re gonna be critical of a comic book show…at least know the material you are trying to be critical of.

It's hard enough to have 1 relationship you really care about & are invested in when it comes to rom com anime but You and I Are Polar Opposites managed to make me care about 3, all in their own ways. The payoff in Season 2 was incredible & personally will miss this series a lot
